TaxMax Enterprise is tax planning and compliance software. It is not a CPA firm, tax preparer, fiduciary, investment adviser, or legal adviser, and using it creates no client relationship. Every figure the engine produces is an educational estimate built on documented assumptions — review results with a qualified licensed professional before acting on them.
Getting started
The in-app Guided Tour walks every module in operational order, and the public documentation register holds the full User Guide and Technical / Service Manual as downloadable PDFs.
Account, data, and privacy
The Privacy & Legal register holds the Privacy Policy, retention and disposal policy, data-subject rights, and the Terms of Service. Signed-in members reach data controls — including account deletion — under Settings · Account & Privacy in the app menu.
Billing and subscription
Plan changes, payment updates, cancellations, and invoice receipts run through the web app’s Subscription Billing page and the Stripe billing portal. TaxMax never stores payment details.
Contact
Operator of recordMost questions resolve inside the app — data requests through Account & Privacy, billing through Subscription Billing, and product questions through the Guided Tour. For anything else, the operator of record is Unsaved Changes LLC dba TaxMax Enterprise; contact details of record are published on the Privacy & Legal register.
Please do not send tax IDs, bank credentials, passwords, or tax documents by mail or through any contact channel. Support never asks for them.
