The binding privacy policy of Unsaved Changes LLC: what is collected under the Lean Protocol, how financial data flows through Plaid Link, how it is secured and retained, and the rights that govern it. Last updated September 14, 2026.

Unsaved Changes LLC ("the Company," "We," "Us"), 1052 Rust Street, Saint Albans, WV 25177, provides an autonomous financial intelligence system for high-net-worth individuals under the trade name TaxMax Enterprise. We are committed to a Minimalist Data Architecture, meaning we only collect the absolute minimum amount of data required to perform our services.

By utilizing our application and connecting your accounts via Plaid Link, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Unlike traditional financial services, we do not harvest behavioral data, demographics, or third-party metadata. Our collection is limited to:

  • 2.1 User-Provided Data — Full Legal Name, for account identification and legal record-keeping; and Account Identifiers, the unique identifiers required to sync financial feeds and process billing.
  • 2.2 Financial Data via Plaid Link — we integrate with Plaid Inc., which acts as the secure bridge between your financial institutions and our application.
  • How it works — when you use Plaid Link, you provide your credentials directly to Plaid. TaxMax Enterprise never sees or stores your bank login credentials (username or password).
  • Data we receive — a secure data stream (access tokens) from Plaid that allows us to pull transaction history and account balances.
  • Processing — this data is processed by our autonomous agents for the purpose of tax analysis and wealth management.

The data collected is used exclusively for the following objectives:

  • Financial Synthesis — mapping transaction data to the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) for tax optimization.
  • Account Synchronization — ensuring your Living Return and Defense Vault are updated in real time via Plaid feeds.
  • Identity Verification — ensuring that the person accessing the Black tier is the rightful account owner.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third-party marketers.

We treat financial data as high-sensitivity assets:

  • Encryption — all persisted data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and in transit via TLS 1.3.
  • Zero-Trust access — access to data is governed by hardware-grade MFA (WebAuthn/Passkeys).
  • Siloing — your data is logically isolated from other users to prevent cross-contamination or leakage.

Our retention is governed by our Data Retention and Disposal Policy (RDP-010):

  • Operational storage — data is kept for the duration of your active subscription.
  • The 24-month rule — inactive accounts are hard-purged after 24 months of inactivity.
  • Right to erasure — you may request a complete wipe of your personal identifiers at any time. Upon request, we will delete your stored name and account identifiers within 30 days.

By using our app, you are also subject to the privacy policies of our infrastructure partners:

  • Plaid Inc. — https://plaid.com/privacy/
  • Stripe Inc. — https://stripe.com/privacy

You maintain total control over your data connectivity. You may disconnect your financial institutions via the Account Settings panel at any time, which will terminate the data stream from Plaid to our system.

This policy is monitored weekly by The Regulator, our autonomous governance agent, to ensure alignment with evolving privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA). For inquiries regarding your data, contact the system administrator via the internal Command Center.

ABSOLUTELY NO LEGAL, TAX, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE IS GIVEN BY THIS POLICY OR THE PLATFORM.
